     Old Bay Cafe (OBC) opened in November of 2012, utilizing a mixture of Florida fresh ingredients prepared using Maryland recipes.  The intension was to bring a taste of home to the MD faithful that had migrated to the Tampa area, as well as introduce these recipes to our Florida following....
