Another beautiful wedding served by The Red Line Table! ❤️🔥
Congratulations to the newlyweds, and thank you for trusting The Red Line Table to be a small part of such an important day. There’s something pretty special about knowing the food we prepare gets to be part of memories that families will carry with them for years.
This one also deserves a special shoutout to two people who helped me tremendously behind the scenes. I was already out of the country in Saint Maarten when it was time to bring this wedding together, and Allie and Josh stepped up in a big way.
They worked from my recipes and menu, prepared everything exactly the way we had planned, and made sure the drop-off catering was taken care of while I was away. When you own a small business, having people you trust enough to represent your food and your standards is a BIG deal—and these two absolutely came through for me.
Allie & Josh, thank you. Your time, hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to step in meant more than you probably realize. Because of you, I didn’t have to cut my vacation short, and more importantly, our clients received the meal and service they were promised.
