Real barbecue is a Texas tradition, and we’ve proudly carried on that tradition with the Longview community since 1967. We make our barbecue fresh every day using our own blend of spices, cooked low and slow over wood-burning pits, all finished off with our signature sauce. From brisket to ribs to sausage and more, there’s something on our menu for every barbecue fan. We also have slices of pecan

pie and banana pudding to satisfy your sweet tooth. If you’re looking to bring some serious flavor to your next event, we offer catering that will make sure your guests don’t leave hungry. We’ve served up simply delicious barbecue to East Texas for five decades, and we look forward to many more.

We are busy getting our Grab N Go's ready for this cold weekend. Stop by and grab some BBQ for supper and something to warm your belly this weekend. We have Baked Potato Soup, Potato Soup, Chicken N' Dumplings, Cowboy Stew, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo.
