We’re back at it Wednesday, and the Brisket Street Corn Potato is making another appearance! Loaded with everything you love about our brisket street corn, piled high on one of our massive smoked potatoes.

Not feeling the street corn version? No problem. You can still grab one of our huge smoked potatoes and load it up with your choice of meat and all the fixings.

Want to skip the line and guarantee your order? Call in orders open at 8am. Otherwise, we’ll have plenty ready when the doors open at 11am!

Just a heads up: we’ll be closed Friday, June 19th, for a catering event, but we’ll be open regular hours the rest of the week. And don’t worry we’ve got some great Father’s Day weekend specials planned for Saturday that you won’t want to miss!

It’s our most requested special, and we only make them on Saturdays. This week’s flavor is Big Red Pork Belly Burnt Ends!

We’ll have plenty of barbecue ready when the doors open at 11, along with everyone’s favorite mac and cheese. But fair warning burnt ends always go fast, so don’t wait too long!

One of the best sandwiches we’ve ever put on the special board is back this Thursday!

The Brisket Cheesesteak returns, and if you haven’t had one yet, this is your chance to fix that. We start with chopped brisket, smoked onions, and poblano peppers, pile on melted provolone cheese, and serve it with your choice of creamy green sauce, barbecue sauce, or green salsa.

Call in orders open at 8 AM, and we’ll be serving from 11 AM–3 PM or until sold out.

Wednesday is here, and so are our MASSIVE smoked & loaded potatoes!

Each potato is piled high with your choice of meat and served with all the fixings on the side.

We’re also debuting a brand new special: the Brisket Elote Potato! Think everything you love about our brisket street corn loaded onto a giant smoked potato. We’ll post photos tomorrow, but trust us, this one is worth getting excited about.
