Each participant becomes a Player.

A team consists of 8 players and one captain, and together they complete a short run — 10 days.

Every morning, a player opens the Marathon Telegram bot.
Everything is simple and clear:

• log your weight
• track wellness indicators
• receive a short daily lesson about nutrition
• see your progress instantly

And day by day, those small actions turn into real results.

But the most important thing is this:

You are not alone.

✅ You have a team
✅ You have support
✅ You have people moving toward their goals right beside you

During the Marathon, new habits begin to form naturally:

• regular meals
• 4-5 small meals a day
• enough protein
