The Roasted Clove The Roasted Clove is the local's favorite, and a mandatory stop for all visitors in the area. Private cooking classes are also offered to groups of 6 or more.

Chef Tom serves hormone free, antibiotic free, humanely produced meats. Many of the veggies are sourced locally, including gardens operated by the staff. The Regional Rocky Mountain cuisine at The Roasted Clove is influenced by Chef Tom’s travels around the world. He creatively ties in local and regional ingredients with southwestern traditions. ble to many tastes. The Roasted Clove also has a well-selected wine list and serves delicious draft micro beers. Chef Tom takes his staff mushroom hunting and serves porcinis, chanterelles, agaricus, and shaggy manes in the fall. The Roasted Clove is closing. I would like to thank the Angel Fire community for ten great years of enthusiasm and support for the Roasted Clove. Your loyalty - and especially that of the Clove's outstanding employees - has allowed the Roasted Clove to flourish. It's time for me to move on and raise my family closer to where I grew up. I've tried selling the Roasted Clove so that the tradition of high quality food and exceptional customer service could continue but as of this date I haven't had any luck. Bonnie, Evangeline, and I look forward to visiting Angel Fire and wish the community the best of luck. Again thanks to the locals and tourists. It has been a great ride.
