There’s something special about a true Bolognese.
Ours isn’t rushed. We start by slowly browning premium ground beef and pork, building layers of flavor with fresh vegetables, garlic, herbs, w**e, tomatoes, and just the right touch of cream. Then we let time do the rest, allowing the sauce to gently simmer for hours until every ingredient comes together into a rich, velvety ragù.
We chose to pair it with rigatoni for a reason. Those ridges and hollow centers capture the sauce perfectly, creating the ideal balance of pasta and Bolognese in every single bite.
