STAFF SPOTLIGHT: MEET TRACI!

If you’ve been around Dempsey lately, you’ve probably seen Traci working her magic in the cake department!

Traci joined us this summer as a cake decorator, and she has been such an incredible addition to the team. Her work is SO good, and we’re lucky to have her!

When we asked Traci what she likes about working at Dempsey, she said “For the first time in a very long time, I am truly respected, appreciated, and valued. I am genuinely happy here.” ❤️

That one really got us. We’re so glad you’re here, Traci!
