💙💛 Down Syndrome Awareness Month—and this one means a little EXTRA to us at Three 21 Tavern! 💛💙
If you’ve ever wondered where the name Three 21 came from, here’s the story behind it:
Down syndrome occurs when a person has three copies of the 21st chromosome—and our very own Evelina is the reason behind our name. 💙
She’s our inspiration, our little DS diva, and living proof that an extra chromosome can come with a whole lot of extra personality, sass, determination, joy and LOVE. 💛
Three 21 has always been more than a name on the building. It’s a little piece of our family and a reminder of something we hope everyone who walks through our doors feels:
Everyone belongs. Everyone has value. And different is pretty darn awesome. 💙💛
All October long, we’ll be celebrating Evelina and the incredible Down syndrome community!
On Tuesday’s during October, kids the age of 10 or younger eat for FREE!
