9/30/26 They’re baaaaackkkkk!!! Pomegranate Tart slices are in the case NOW. Buttery shortbread crust, silky chocolate ganache, and tons of fresh pomegranate arils; they’re crazy decadent with being too rich.
Fun fact: it took just under 2 episodes of Friday Night Lights amount of time to peel(?) enough pomegranates for three pans of these 😘

p.s. if anybody knows the correct verb for dissecting pomegranates please let us know, because peel does not feel right.

9/29/26 These are in the case now, but we thought we’d give you a little BTS of Apple C***r Cake Doughnuts!! 🎥 So this is a recipe we developed ourselves, after lots of trial and error. The batter is has applesauce, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger, and lemon juice to nail that Apple C***r Flavor. We make these cuties from scratch, and pipe everything by hand. 🤗

We make all our doughnuts gluten free, but these ones we’re able to make Dairy Free as well. After baking, each doughnut gets brushed with melted vegetable shortening, which is time consuming but worth it, because if we just dunked them they’d absorb too much oil and be soggy 🙃

After non-buttering them up, they get tossed in a combo of Cinnamon, Sugar (and the secret ingredient, don’t tell anybody: one of those packets of Apple C***r drink mix 🤫 )

Everything we make at Madeline’s is made with care and a whole lot of time, and THAT is the whole point of supporting small businesses 💕
This is most likely the last batch of these for the year, as we’ll be pivoting to Pumpkin, so get in here asap!!
