As we’re taking a short vacation, we wanted to share a few special moments from where it all began.

This was our very first food truck. 🥹❤️

It may not have been the biggest or the newest, but it carried some of our biggest dreams.

This little truck got us through so much; our very first caterings, long days at festivals, early mornings, late nights, sold-out weekends, and countless lessons along the way.

It was where we learned what it truly means to be a family business. We celebrated wins, worked through challenges, and created memories we’ll never forget.

From our first customers who took a chance on us to everyone who continues to support us today, thank you for being part of this journey. Every taco served, every event booked, and every milestone started right here! 🌮✨

🧺❤️ International Picnic Day has us feeling thankful!

Looking back at memories like this reminds us how blessed we've been to serve this amazing community. Whether it's lunch breaks, family outings, events, or a quick bite with coworkers, every meal shared with us becomes part of our story.

As we enjoy our family vacation, we're reflecting on how far we've come, and it's all thanks to YOU.

❤️ As we're spending time with family and reflecting on old memories, we came across this photo from 2014, 12 years ago. 🥹

Back then, there was no food truck and no taco menu, just a table at the fair selling fresh fruit.

What you don't see in this picture are the sacrifices behind it.❤️

After working full-time jobs, my parents would come home, gather everything they needed, and head to the fair from around 6 PM until 2 AM, working toward my mom, Letty's dream. Then they'd wake up the next morning and do it all over again.

There were no guarantees; just hard work, faith, and a family determined to build something of their own.

Today, when people see Antojitos Letty, they see a food truck. We see the late nights, the sacrifices, and the journey that got us here.

And most importantly, we see the community that helped make it possible🙌🏽

While spending time with family in Washington, we got the chance to meet from , and she even gave Antojitos Letty a shoutout! 🔥🙌

As we're taking time away to make memories and reflect on how far we've come, moments like this remind us how special the journey has been.

From serving our first customers in Lexington to meeting one of the nation's biggest rising stars, we're incredibly grateful for every opportunity, every customer, and every memory made along the way. ❤️

One of the best parts of running a food truck is the friendships we've built along the way.

As we take a few weeks to spend time with family and make memories, we're also taking time to reflect on the journey that brought us here.

From our first customers and community events to weddings, giveaways, catering jobs, and everyday lunch rushes, Antojitos Letty has grown more than we ever imagined.

Over the next few weeks, we'll be sharing some of our favorite memories, customers, milestones, and moments that helped shape our story.
