A quick Labor Day reminder for our Red Bag families!

We're taking the week off, so there will be:

NO ordering September 3–5
NO pickup or delivery September 7–8

Our next menu drops Thursday, September 10, with regular Monday and Tuesday pickup and delivery returning September 14 & 15 from 4–8 PM.

If Red Bag is normally part of your weekly routine, make sure you plan ahead for our week off!

Mediterranean Night 🇬🇷🍋🌿

Tonight we took a little trip to the Mediterranean — without ever leaving my kitchen.

We started with a Mediterranean salad loaded with chickpeas, fresh mozzarella and all the good things, tossed with my house vinaigrette. From there we moved on to Mediterranean chicken, easy weeknight chicken gyros with homemade tzatziki, and roasted tomato & spinach shrimp.

And because every good evening deserves dessert, we finished with a birthday lemon ricotta cake. 🎂🍋

Good food, a full kitchen, lots of laughter and people gathered around the counter learning, tasting and sharing a meal together.

Words from tonight: Yummy. Educational. Joy. Fun. Interesting. Vibe. Awesome. ❤️

I’d say that’s a pretty darn good night in the kitchen.

Red Bag friends, mark your calendars!

Chef Steph and the kitchen are taking a little Labor Day break, and this one includes Red Bag.

There will be NO Red Bag ordering September 3–5, which means there will be NO meal pickup or delivery September 7 & 8.

We know many of you count on Red Bag as part of your weekly meal planning, so we wanted to give you plenty of notice!

We'll be back with a fresh menu on Thursday, September 10, and then it's right back to our normal schedule:

Orders: September 10–12
Pickup & Delivery: September 14 & 15 | 4–8 PM

Plan ahead, enjoy the holiday, and we'll see you the following week!

And that is completely valid. 😄

Every week there are SIX dishes to choose from, so even the pickiest eater in the house can usually find something they'll actually eat.

Food allergies? We accommodate just about any.
Kids who only eat four things? We've probably got one of them.
Adults who just hate cooking? Come on in.

SAVE YOUR SANITY — one dinner at a time. ❤️

Tonight’s cooking class was all about one of my favorite kitchen tricks: Round 2 Dinners. Cook once, then turn those leftovers into something completely different the next night.

We started with crispy Panko Chicken and turned it into Chicken Parmesan.

Then Date Night Chicken — pesto chicken with roasted tomatoes, balsamic glaze and melty mozzarella — became creamy Tuscan chicken.

And we ended the evening with one of my forever favorites: Honey Garlic Ginger Stir Fry.

Because saving your sanity in the kitchen doesn’t mean lowering the bar. It just means having a plan. 😉

And as always, we ended the night with words from around the table:
