About Chili Blues
Chili Blues is a family-owned and operated small business proudly serving the LC Valley and surrounding communities with fusion flavors, creative cuisine, and food made with love.
Our journey began in 2020 in the catering business, where we built our reputation by creating flavorful, generously portioned meals for weddings, celebrations, community events, private gatherings, and more. In 2024, we expanded our vision and opened the Chili Blues food truck, giving us the opportunity to bring our unique style of cooking directly to the community.
At Chili Blues, we don't limit ourselves to just one style of food. Our menu is inspired by a creative fusion of Creole, Filipino, Mexican, and Spanish flavors, combined with our own Chili Blues twist. We love taking familiar comfort foods and transforming them into something fusion, exciting, and unexpected.
One of the things that makes Chili Blues unique is that there is always something different to try. Along with our signature favorites, we feature rotating daily specials that allow us to get creative in the kitchen and give our customers new flavors and dishes to experience.
