It’s my daughter’s birthday dinner tonight, went on a morning hunt and found some fantastic shaggy’s we could not pass up.. My husband is holding those but I found them 😂 (yes I will die on who finds the biggest mushroom hill!) I have been foraging mushrooms for years and I can’t wait to share some in the stand. Unfortunately these are all mine 😂 also they are terribly hard to preserve so they are all getting used in this weeks meals…
