It takes time, care, and a whole lot of aloha to create each laulau for our Aliʻi Plate. 🌿

Hand-wrapped using traditional ti leaves, every bundle is carefully prepared before being slow-cooked to tender perfection. It’s one of the many ways we honor the flavors and traditions of Hawaiʻi, one laulau at a time.
