Made plate lunches for Custodian Appreciation Day at Kalaheo Elementary. Pork Lau Lau, rice, Mac salad, lomi salmon and poi mochi. They are so awesome—I hope they feel appreciated today!

Food Truck still closed but open to catering and pre-orders. Thank you for supporting small local businesses!

Baking cookies 🍪!!! Very thankful for being able to do a catering tomorrow for housekeeping week.

So, it has been over 2️⃣weeks since Hurricane Lowell and it has been rough for small businesses all over the island.

As for me, I don’t plan to open any time soon. Thankfully, I do have another job so I’m putting my energy towards that and my kids and towards myself, if I have anything leftover.

I don’t know the future of the food truck but I still do plan to sell it. I know it’s a difficult time so don’t think I’ll be getting rid of it anytime soon. Just wanted to say thank you for the support and sweet messages to check on me, the kids, and business. Very grateful for you all 😘

Open 2 days this week. It’s been a fun weekend with the boys and very blessed to be able to have quality time. But I guess it’s back to work. Hope to see you there!
