To our amazing vendors and local farmers who provide us with the freshest ingredients—especially the 100% local grass-fed beef that makes our burgers special—mahalo for helping us serve true island quality.

To the event coordinators and local businesses who invite us to pop-ups, caterings, and community events—thank you for believing in us and letting us share our food with new faces around Kauai.

If you didn’t know…Now you know! This is Da Shaka Burger. The original burger that started it all.

A balance of flavors designed to crave every bite.

Recommended serving temp- Medium (warm pink center)

If you tried it and love it try a modified version my wife created-Savy Burger- same components with a grilled pineapple, touch of truffle sauce and smash style patties instead. Also 🔥 🔥 🔥

Aloha Kauai, we rolling to the West once again to to serve up Shakas at PMRF’s Car Show. It’s Open to the Public from 10:30-2:30 so comedown and checkout the awesome cars and get some lunch. HAVE A HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND. Mahalo always for your continued support.

Aloha Kauai, mahalo for keeping us busy. We truly appreciate each and everyone of you. We are closed today June 30 as we prep to roll to the West for Most West Freedom Fest on Saturday July 1st. You don’t want to miss this. It’s fun for all ages with Fireworks and headlining the Event!

After that, we will see you on July 4th at Concert in the Sky at the Vidinha Stadium for some family fun, awesome eats and fireworks 💥
