The name "Dear Potato" came from my food blog that I created to share my vegetarian recipes and quickly developed to being the name of my very own bakery. I eat a lot of potatoes and al

so call the loved ones in my life "potatoes" as a term of endearment. It's a common misconception that everything I bake is made from potatoes. I just like the name for various reasons. You can find me at the farmers' market twice weekly or at the occasional pop-up in Helena. Like & follow my page for updates and check out my Instagram for even more fun. Have you tried a Pirogel? It’s pronounced “peer-o-gull” (don’t worry, almost everyone can’t pronounce this word that we made up).

It’s a hybrid of a piroshki and a bagel! Hence the fun name. It’s just piroshki dough with a bit of cream cheese inside and everything bagel seasoning on top. Invented by a past Spud (what’s up, Piper!) and it’s one of our best sellers! Fun note: pregnant people (and babies) love this lil’ piroshki!

We have a gluten-free version of it available as well daily (until it sells out).
