Today it’s home to The Rathskeller, The Garden Room, 1885 fine dining & The Private Club — a vibrant place where great food and community come together since 1885. From 1885 to 2018, the Montana Club was the oldest, continuously-operating private club between Minneapolis and Seattle. Today it is a renowned cooperative restaurant and events center OPEN to the public. The Montana Club offers a seasonally rotating menu featuring Montana products as well as housing some of the state's most beautiful historic interiors.

The Montana Club has stood over Helena since 1885. On All Hallows’ Eve, we dine the way the house remembers.

Join us on the sixth floor for A Haunted Victorian Halloween — a five-course candlelit tasting menu served beneath our leaded stained glass, with a wh***ey or w**e pairing poured alongside every course.

THE MENU
🕯 Oysters Millionaire — crème fraîche, smoked salmon, ch*****ne mignonette caviar
🕯 Lobster Bisque — cognac broth, butter-poached lobster
🕯 Black Cod — turned root potatoes, heirloom hollandaise
🕯 Venison Osso Bucco — sauce grand veneur, melting carrots
🕯 Poached Pear — vanilla bean ice cream, warm Grand Marnier chocolate sauce

$150 per guest, pairings included, plus all-in access to the evening’s festivities.

Seatings at 4 PM, 6 PM & 8 PM — Saturday, October 31st
Victorian dress and elegant costume warmly encouraged.
