An Evening in Argentina, with an Italian Soul on October 13
From the foothills of the Andes to the foothills of the Rockies, Bella Colibri welcomes **e for an evening of Argentine w**e and four courses, bringing the w**es of Mendoza to an Italian table.
Zane and Mindy Holscher, owners of a small vineyard in Mendoza’s Uco Valley, will join us to share the story behind VINUV and the high-altitude landscape where their w**es are made. For Zane, a 2001 U.S. Air Force Academy graduate and retired Air Force special operations pilot, w**emaking became a new chapter alongside Mindy, bringing them from Colorado to the vineyards of Argentina.
The evening begins in the Parlor with antipasti and sparkling w**e, followed by four courses, each paired with a VINUV w**e. The pairings move from high-altitude whites into elegant, expressive reds, with Zane and Mindy joining guests throughout the evening to talk about the w**es, the land and the journey behind them.
At the heart of the evening is a shared Italian sensibility: good food, beautiful w**e and the pleasure of gathering around the table.
