Ashley Litteral runs the day-to-day as our General Manager – which means she's the one holding everything together behind the scenes so that what you experience in the dining room looks easy. Operations, guest experience, the details that don't get noticed when they go right but definitely get noticed when they don't.
Jenne Harris is our Director of Hospitality & Culture, overseeing both Old Capitol Grill and our sister restaurant — and the title says exactly what she does. Hospitality isn't just how we greet you at the door. It's something we think about as deeply as the menu. And culture means the people who work here feel just as taken care of as the people who eat here.
