Today was more than we could have hoped for. 🙏

To everyone who waited in line, who tried something new, who came back for seconds, who brought their friends and family — thank you. You showed up for us in a way that made every late night and every test batch worth it.

We built Tallowing because we believe food should be made the way it used to be — real beef tallow, zero seed oils, nothing cutting corners. Today, Glenview showed us that people notice the difference. That means everything.

In just over 2 hours, Glenview showed up and helped us move over 2,000 wings. We are floored.

To everyone who waited in that line — thank you. Your patience while we cranked out order after order didn’t go unnoticed, and it means everything to us. Everyday is a learning experience, and every single one of you helped make it a good one. We’re taking notes and we’re only getting better from here.
