If you’re looking for a reason to skip cooking tonight, Chef Will and the Valley Lo culinary team have you covered.

This week’s specials are the kind of dishes that make dinner at the Club an easy choice:

Spicy Seafood Pasta
Crab, lobster, and bay scallops tossed in a creamy vodka sauce with Calabrian chili.

Flank Steak
Grilled flank steak with eggplant, zucchini, and sugo crudo.

Two completely different options, both worth coming hungry for. Grab your family or meet up with friends and make dinner at the Club part of your week. The gorgeous lake view doesn’t hurt either.

And just like that… the show went on!

After keeping a close eye on the weather, we were so happy to be able to enjoy Movie Night Under the Stars tonight. Families gathered on the beach, blankets were out, popcorn was flowing, and we got to end the night with a movie under the summer sky. We had a great time with all the families who came out to join us!
