What do earrings and wontons have in common?! We made ALL of them this past week! We had SOO much fun learning how to make wontons and dumplings with Chris Toy and tin earrings with all the vibe with Christine Terrell! Our Roasty Eggplant 100% Maine Grain Pizza continues to be an absolute STAR here at Zephyr, and we just started rounding up all the fresh Maine peaches we can get...and since we haven't quite figured out how peach pizza would work well, we decided on VIENNESE PEACH CAKE ....and WOW is it fantastic!! and goes perfectly as an "after pizza"! stop by Thursday, Friday or Saturday from 11am-8pm for some Roasty Eggplant, Peach Cake and a specialty cocktail...bring a friend!

WOW! A huge (and I mean big), thank you to all the supportive folks who came out to eat our pizza last Friday!! I know we looked a bit frazzled but we were so happy to have you with us enjoying the pizza and the vibe, thank you! We'll have more help this Friday! And hopefully we won't run out of pizza dough!!

We promise we won't make you spell it, but you are definitely going to want to try it....Ratatouille!!! (ra·tuh·too·ee) ... CHOCK full of all the best Maine things! ....and for dessert?! we have three words for you...BLUEBERRY. BUTTERMILK. COFFEECAKE. .... it's SOOO good, and so fresh baked we don't have a photo yet... we were trying to come up with a catchy name, a trending hashtag and set up a full on photoshoot so we could bask in its glory...but we decided that YOUR smiling in-person faces when you try it is the only trend we really love :D come on by Thursday, Friday or Saturday between 11am-8pm to 21 Pleasant Hill Road Freeport....for ALL the farm fresh goodness! (plus ART, crafts, workshops, cocktails and MORE!)
