If you've ever wondered what makes Tolon, Tolon... it's his passion for food, for this community, for the farmers who provide our ingredients & his belief that the best meals are meant to be shared around a table, creating memories.

He pushes us to be better, do better every single day. Not because things have to be perfect, but because every person who graces our step deserves our best.

So, today we are celebrating the man behind the "Let's open a restaurant." We're grateful that you did & every dish that makes us want more.
