Brisket and Dino Beef Ribs • We like to feature these cuts on the weekends. Please call ahead for availability! The more you come the more we'll make. We smoke all of our meats in a 250 Gal Offset with Indiana Red & White Oak. We feature smoked wings, carrots, ribs, sausages, and turkey!
