We’re looking a little nakey outside 😬

Our awning is coming down and getting replace!

And in the meantime, our sign is getting repaired and repainted, the building repainted and stained, and late, the outdoor bar removed and replaced in spring…covering all bases and the things to make a prettier pub!

But fair warning; if it rains, we don’t have you covered out there 😉

It is our incredible honor to share that the little pub had some pretty big wins tonight at the Daily Jefferson County Union Best of the Area.

Our pub will never claim to be the best of anything, but we will always do our best. And we are most certainly surrounded by the most amazing customers and staff while doing it.

While any nomination in any category is an absolute privilege and team effort, it makes me most proud to see Jerry and Danielle receive the well deserved recognition for their service. And our kitchen team gets some much deserved kudos for their consistency and creativity in that teeny little broom closet of a kitchen.

And being voted “Best Place to Work”? Now that award goes to our customers for making the pub such a fantastic place.

Thank you to all who voted. You are the best.

Curd of the week is sometimes curd of the moment. And at this moment it’s Bacon Cheddar! Variety is great!

And speaking of a great variety, we have a variety of great new faces at the pub. For the first time in 15 years, we’ve hired an host position so our family can sneak away here and there (like today for a family wedding!) and know the pub still has extra hands on deck! So get ready to meet new people!

Wednesday brings another lovely flatbread!

Crispy crust covered in Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese, grilled chicken, and freshly made pesto make the Chicken Pesto Flatbread a fan favorite!
