1. Did you know Paddy's Paws is named after Paddy Coughlin’s? It’s true (but please don’t call the pub to ask about dogs; that’s what the rescue email is for 😉)

2. Did you know Fireside Theatre just donated $3,725 to the rescue?! As if they weren’t already fantastic enough?!

3. Did you know we use Fireside Dill bread on our local grilled cheese?!

We’re so close to getting back home that we can almost smell the Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese curds. Seriously, why aren’t fried cheese curds a thing everywhere?!

Today’s special is a Cuban Grilled Cheese! Slow roasted pork, forest ham, Kraemer Swiss, pickles and mustard. Only made better with a side of curds!

Saturdays at the pub are always delicious!

Today’s special is a sweet whiskey glazed fried chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun! And poutine is always a good starter 😉

Our family is on a little vacation and we are excited to come back with new menu ideas and drink specials. While we’re away, please exercise extra patience with our team (because the more you exercise, the more poutine you can eat).

Join us today for smiles
and cheese! Bacon Mac and Cheese bites, Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese on our Muenster, Mozzarella, Ham and Pickled onion grilled cheese, Kraemer curds. How can you resist!?

And save the date for August 4th as the day to sign up to be a mugger yourself! Current muggers will have the month of July to reserve their mug, and then it’s open season in August for 2027 club!
