I was just going to do a post about how delicious today’s special of Chicken Parmesan would be today, with the homemade marinara and Kraemer mozzarella, but then this happened last night.
Danielle got a handwritten 5 star review from a young patron.
We get a lot of great reviews on line (and some disappointing, because as humans, sometimes we disappoint). But to have a team member get a homemade 5⭐️ is just such an honor and a sweet gesture. (And truly deserved!)
The service industry is such a rollercoaster, but one thing is for certain; our people are amazing. And you get to see them in person, for hands on, authentic service. You won’t find handhelds or QR codes taking orders; you find little notebooks with handwritten orders, taken by staff that makes eye contact and small talk. In a world of technology and AI, that is a gift.
So thank you to that sweet little person for reminding us what it’s all about.

(And the chicken parm today is really going to be good).
