Update! Fryer has come to its senses and decided to be a willing Friday participant ❤️

Sometimes being a restaurant owner feels like a big kick in the pants. I’m returning back from surgery to being short staffed and unexpectedly cooking, short items, and a brand new fryer that is considering retiring early on a Friday. We’re trying to figure it all out right now but today isn’t feeling pretty.

Please be patient, because this isn’t a big deal in a world of big deals, but for a little restaurant owner, it’s still a bit overwhelming. We will roll with what we can, how we can.

But least it’s not snowing, right?!

“It’s magically delicious” really should be a slogan for Paddy’s!

Today’s flatbread is our apple, Jones Dairy Farm bacon, Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese blue cheese and mozzarella flatbread. We add kale to make it extra healthy!

It truly is a magic trick that our little kitchen and those humans cooking can make such delicious food for so many! If it’s busy, it’ll take longer, so if you’re in a hurry, try our Irish Stew and a side salad!

It’s another sweet day for Paddy’s!

Come check out our sweet chili fried chicken sandwich with Kraemer Wisconsin Cheese and homemade sauce!

We are also part of the Chamber “Cheese Crawl” today from 2-5 so don’t panic if there’s a line into the pub…those folks are just getting their cheesy samples and then moving on to the next stop! If you want to join, you can sign up over at the Fort Atkinson Club!
