Built in 1919 as Fargo's "Acme Dairy," 701 N University Dr has been home to multiple businesses over the course of nearly 100 years. The most recent of these business, and what most people in the community remember it as was "Rosie's Laundromat." In recent years the building has slipped into a state of disarray, prompting many to wonder what would become of this architectural gem at the corner of

7th Avenue North and University. In October 2014, the building was purchased by 701 Collective. Follow this page for updates on the transformation.
