Built in 1919 as Fargo's "Acme Dairy," 701 N University Dr has been home to multiple businesses over the course of nearly 100 years. The most recent of these business, and what most people in the community remember it as was "Rosie's Laundromat." In recent years the building has slipped into a state of disarray, prompting many to wonder what would become of this architectural gem at the corner of 7th Avenue North and University. In October 2014, the building was purchased by 701 Collective. Follow this page for updates on the transformation.

A little ND-to-Napa magic is coming to Prairie Kitchen🍷🌾

Two North Dakotans went out to California and started making really, really good w**e. Now their family’s bringing it home to us for one night only.

Join us October 13th for a Harvest Dinner with Jeremiah W**e Company, an all-inclusive 4-course meal with w**e pairings (and gratuity!) built right in

Menu’s still under wraps 👀 but you already know it’s going to taste like someone’s grandma had a very good day, paired with w**e that’s come a long way to get back to the prairie.

This is the ideal brunch table, and yes, you need one of everything. 🥞🍳

Pancakes stacked high, quiche fresh out of the oven, a breakfast bowl doing the most (in the best way), coffee that never runs dry, and a mimosa (or Bloody Mary, we don’t judge) to round it out. This is what brunch was made for.
