Oh so tasty shrimp atop Chef Zach's homemade fettuccine and Chef Alvin's alfredo sauce with roasted peppers and fancy tomatoes!! These two knocked it out of the park with this one!! Hey friends! We'd like to take this opportunity to photo dump Chef Andrew coz it's his birthday!!!!

Chef Andrew joined the family Luna Fargo just about 9 years ago, he ventured over to our sister restaurant Sol Ave. Kitchen for another 6 years and in 2022 he took the lead as Head Chef and co manager here at Nova!
He's an awesome dude with a heart of gold! His integrity and skills in the kitchen are spectacular!His culinary creations are amazing! We've been sooo lucky to have him!
As we near the close of Nova, we also want to wish him the ultimate best as we all apart ways!
Thank you for your many years of service it has been a honor to work, learn and grow alongside you!!
He's the best of the best, y'all! Give him some love!! 👏👏👏💛

Did you see the Prime Rib Brekkie has made its way back into rotation!! Enjoy our bangin' prime rib on a toasted house made English muffin topped with a fried egg and a smear of aioli! Ooo, baby! You won't be disappointed!
