Loaded with generous pieces of jumbo lump crab and just enough shredded crab to bring it all together, these are hearty, tender, and packed with flavor.

We coat them lightly in breadcrumbs and sear them hard on the flattop for that golden, crispy crust. Served with a fresh green bean salad and house-made togarashi aioli.
