Last Friday part of our team got to head up to Structures Brewing and be part of brewing our collaboration beer, Tapped ADRIFT.
From the hot side to dry hopping, we got to see the whole process start to finish and learn from one of the best teams doing it.

Tapped ADRIFT is a hazy pale ale brewed with Nectaron, Simcoe, and Citra hops, bringing aromas of peach rings, candied pineapple, lime, and a clean bitterness on the finish. 6.2% ABV and built for patio season. And it’s available on tap now!

Big thanks to Jonny, Patrick, and the entire Structures team for having us out and treating us to great beers and good times. We can’t wait for everyone to try this one.

Ever wondered how we make our prime rib for our Prime Rib Dip? There’s a reason it’s so delicious and a big part of that is that it’s made with LOVE… and some really important steps are taken such as trimming it up, making our own rub in house, and a multiple hour cook time with an overnight rest.
