Chef Hugo's inspiration for this dish dates back to his childhood in the charming town of Erding, Munich Germany. He fondly remembers spending hours in the kitchen with his dad, learning the secrets of traditional German cuisine, and perfecting his signature Beef Stroganoff recipe that has been passed down through generations. Today, we're proud to bring this family favorite to our menu, and we can't wait for you to try it!
