Hello! We are back at it this week Th-Sun Cellar West Brewery Erie, Sat Longmont Farmers Market , and Sun Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market !

We will have a special limited run of our deli sandwiches in both focaccia AND Amoroso hoagie rolls! Get any of our deli sandwiches on either bread at both markets and the sandwich shop this weekend. As I’m coming back from Philly feeling inspired and food refreshed I really want to start bringing hoagies back into rotation. Might be made by us (when I get the chance) or shipped in from the east coast but either way looking forward to youse trying them out :)

Back with a small update this week is one of our favorite specialities at the sandwich shop! House pepperoncini mayo (with a little basil), choice of protein, provolone, house light and fluffy focaccia, tomato, even more pepperoncinis, local leaves, and our house sandwich oil. Pair this with a hobbit cookie or Herr’s Snacks sour cream and onion :)

Last week for our peach pizza up at Longmont! Cacio E Pepe with a garlic oil base, Morton's Orchards peaches basted in our basil oil, even more basil oil, parm, and hot honey. Don’t miss out!

Hello! We are back this week Cellar West Brewery Erie Thursday - Sunday, Longmont Farmers Market Saturday, and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday!

As many of youse know we have had to make some changes for our Sunday market. One of those changes is our breakfast sandwiches. We now get Kaiser rolls shipped in from the east coast from Amoroso's Baking Company which to us is the essential breakfast Kaiser roll. We pair that with our house light and fluffy two egg steamed patties, the best melty white American cheese from Cooper® Sharp American Cheese , and youse get a choice of condiment! Ketchup (plain or with some crushed black pepper), sriracha from RISING TIGER| ເພີ່ມຂຶ້ນ ເສືອ , or for an extra charge our Jawn Sauce (hoagie relish “bacon” mayo jawn). Pictured is our standard egg and cheese and we also get John Taylor’s The Original Taylor Pork Roll in from Trenton for that perfect PA/NJ breakfast combo :) Come try it out this Sunday!

Specialities this week! At the Shop we are coming in hot this week! Youse have been crushing our latest specialty so we are bringing plenty extra! Pesto aioli, balsamic, fresh mozz, extra tomato, choice of protein, and local leaves. At Longmont we got our peach pizza and most likely it’s last week! House Cacio e Pepe with garlic oil base, Morton's Orchards peaches in our basil oil, even more basil oil, lots of parm, and MIKE'S HOT HONEY ! Killer slice for these hot days :)

As a reminder! We are all good to do pizza/our OG focaccia breakfast jawns at Longmont so that menu has NOT changed. We are working on a way to bring pizza back to Lafayette but it’s been very tricky. We 💚 youse and all the support you’ve given us and we can’t wait to see you this week :)

Hello! We are excited to see youse this week Cellar West Brewery Erie at The Weedhart Sandwich Shop, Longmont Farmers Market , and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market :)

Youse really dug last weeks specialty at the shop so we are going to run it again! House pesto aioli, fresh mozz, choice of protein, extra tomato, splash of balsamic, and local greens. Really nice and refreshing sandwich for the hot days of summer :)
•
Saturday! Make sure to come try our peach market pie before it’s gone! Might be the last week! Marinated peaches in basil oil, house Cacio e Pepe garlic oil white pie, even more basil oil, hot honey, and lots of parm!

Sunday we plan on bringing more breakfast sandwiches. Youse sold us out fast on the new Kaiser rolls last week which is never the goal. Now that we’ve got some idea on the new set up we can start making more!

Returning this week Longmont Farmers Market is our peach Market Pie! Cacio E Pepe white with garlic oil base, Morton's Orchards peaches marinated in our house basil oil, and finished with extra basil oil, parm, and MIKE'S HOT HONEY :)

We do have some news on getting breakfast back for Sundays Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market ! We have equipment approved and ordered! Hoping it will be in on time for this Sunday. We should know by Friday. Our breakfast sandwiches will be changing for Sundays. We will now be using Amoroso's Baking Company Kaiser rolls straight from the east coast. Paired with our house steamed and fluffy egg patty and melty cooper sharp. More news on that soon :)

Erie! We heard you! Our Saturday hours are officially back to 1-7 going forward for the season. We also will be returning to our original pricing for our menu starting tomorrow. We initially raised the prices to reflect rising costs all around the board and instead of doing any “living fees” or other hidden costs we raised the base. We only use quality ingredients and that usually means higher costs that keep rising. Erie is still new to us and we are trying to figure it all out as we go along. There is no right answer but we appreciate all youse following along with us. Lastly look out for a special Sando for this week at the shop :)

Hello! We have some good news and some bad news.
Bad news first. The Lafayette fire marshal has decided to give us (and other vendors) cease operations on specific equipment. Unfortunately this now means for us we no longer can use our ovens or our fridge. We just found this out yesterday after working with limited communication since the beginning of April - we’ve been trying behind the scenes to come up with a solution for months but it seems like we’re at a stopping point. We will NOT have breakfast or pizza this Sunday Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market or until I can make something work, but it’s not looking likely. To say we are absolutely devastated and gutted is an understatement. Ive been fighting for this equipment for months only to be given hope after hope to be squashed back down. Im tired and emotionally beat after this. I will still be at the market as I can still make our focaccia deli, tomato pie, and cookies work. Im actively trying to get breakfast back by next week but it’s not looking good for pizza to be back this season. To note we are still able to do the full menu Longmont Farmers Market no problems there so for pizza and breakfast Saturday is the place to be this week. If there was ever a time to come out and support us it’s this week as we try and navigate next steps with a pared down Lafayette menu.

Hello! We are back this week Cellar West Brewery Thursday-Sunday, Longmont Farmers Market Saturday, and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday :)

Last week we brought back a limited run of our Cacio E Pepe white pie which means Market Pie slices are back! House light and airy Roman crust, 4 cheese blend, crushed black pepper, seasoned garlic oil, and whatever fun ingredients we find at the farmers booths at the markets. Pictured from last week featured beautiful spring onions from Crooked Roots Farm and MIKE'S HOT HONEY :) You might just see an old peach favorite this weekend ;) Here until they are gone each day.

As a heads up the markets have been getting HOT for us and this weekend might be the hottest yet this year. Due to that we will start turning our ovens off earlier between 12-1230 to save us from the extra heat. If you can try to plan on coming out on the earlier side for pizza and breakfast this weekend. We appreciate youse :)

It’s a great week to come get a slice of our light and airy Roman pizza crust, 3 cheese blend, house seasoned pizza sauce, splash of extra virgin olive oil, and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano :) We love it with some Ezzo Sausage Co pepperoni and MIKE'S HOT HONEY :)

Speaking of pizza due to high demand we are bringing back our Cacio E Pepe white pie this weekend. That also means we will have our rotating Market Pie back! Each market we go find some fun ingredients from other farm vendors to add to our white pie. Who knows what we will come up with :)
•
As a heads up we are updating our Saturday hours at the sandwich shop starting this week! Open 12-6ish (depending on business flow).

No denying it: we’re at the height of the summer markets. It gets tough - it was 99 degrees at loadout today Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market and we were pretty overheated by the end of it! But we were reflecting on what makes market season awesome and what consistently strikes us is the friendships and community we get to build together. This week we get to feast on radishes, salad mix, basil and gorggggggeous fennel from Speedwell Farm & Gardens , MORE radishes, carrots, and chard from Switch Gears Farm , an absolute tower of mochi and Hawaiian mac salad from Taeko-san Takeout , COOKIES!! from Gray’s Misen Place , tasty everything crackers from Colorado Crackery (not pictured, our bad 😅).
•
And that’s not to mention the literal hundreds of acts of kindness that we experience from our market friends, week upon week. AND!!! To everyone that comes out and waits for a sandwich in the heat, to every single person who trusts us to try something new, to every single one of youse who orders cookies by the dozen or tomato pie by the sheet or comes back for a second or third slice of pizza, we are eternally and endlessly grateful. So even if you ask us how we’re doin and we look at you and say “SO HOT”, just know that what we really mean is that we love you. Thanks for keeping our summers cookin’.
