Hello! We are back this week Cellar West Brewery Erie Thursday-Sunday (Anniversary Party Saturday!), and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday :)

Alright this Saturday is the 1 year anniversary of the Erie pub and we got some super fun specials! Tomato Pie specials featuring our seasoned Stracciatella, house basil oil, hot honey, and lots of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. Sandwich wise we are pairing ours to the special b**r release from Cellar West that is a white ale with mango and Brettanomyces. So ours will feature our Muchim Mango (Korean pickling brine), our house citrusy mayo, fresh mozz, prosciutto and Capicola, and arugula from our best pals Switch Gears Farm. Since it’s the anniversary we are bringing back our house made hoagie rolls for any sandwich! Limited supplies on the hoagie rolls so get there early :)

Our weekly special at the shop will be our pumpkin seed pesto, fresh mozz, choice of protein, tomato, leaves, and pepperoncinis sandwich! Will also be available if it makes it to Saturday :)

Market wise we will NOT be at Longmont this week as we will be partying it up at Cellar! We will be Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday with all your pork roll, egg, and cheese needs :)

Hello! We are back this week Cellar West Brewery Erie,
Longmont Farmers Market Saturday, and. Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday!

Lots of fun stuff coming up at The Weedhart Sandwich Shop! First up this week is a new special featuring an old favorite pumpkin seed pesto and pepperoncinis!
•
Sunday we are doing our first Birds Watch Party starting at 11AM. Come watch the birds get back on track after that stomping Monday with some specials. We are gonna highlight Stracciatella and Basil (green and white baby!). Sando specials with Stracciatella and our house pesto aioli. Tomato pie slices with Stracciatella, house basil oil, hot honey, AND lots of freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano. We ALSO will have a handful of breakfast sandwiches! Pork roll, egg and cheese or egg and cheese on Kaiser rolls with ketchup/hot sauce on the side! We hope to do this once a month on 11am Sunday games and will expand to pizza in November once I’m mostly done the market season. Which I plan to finally do cheesesteak pizzas and who knows maybe a few cheesesteaks on our house make rolls ;)

Cellar West Erie anniversary is NEXT Saturday 10/10! We are planning to do some tomato pie, sandwich, and hoagie (yep house made stuff baby) specials all day to pair with the b**r releases :) More info this week!

Alright business as usual at both markets with some killer cooler weather! Perfect to grab some breakfast sandwiches, slice of pizza, tomato pie, deli sandwich for lunch, or a quick hobbit cookie bite. Season is coming to a close! Lafayette ends at the end of October and we have a few Saturdays in November for Longmont!

Hello! We are back this week with a slightly different schedule!
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday normal hours Cellar West Brewery Erie but CLOSED Sunday this week. We are NOT Longmont Farmers Market this week. We ARE Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday this week :)

Have you tried the new special at the shop yet? Light and airy house made focaccia, house hot honey dijonnaise, provolone, sliced tomato, your choice of protein (really dig turkey or tofu cutlet on this one), local leaves, AND cucumber Muchim. What’s cucumber Muchim you ask? Well it’s our Korean pickling brine that uses lot of fresh shallots, scallions, garlic, ginger, and spices. We then thinly slice cucumbers to marinate in this brine. Picks up a ton of the flavors and still our favorite pickling brine we make. Think Korean flavored pickles! Last week for this one :)

We will be a little lighter on offerings Sunday since I (Eric) will be out of town so come early to the market to make sure you get your weekly Weedhart goods :)

Lots of fun stuff we got coming up! Cellar West anniversary in Erie is coming up soon (more on that very soon), we are planning a monthly 11AM Sunday Birds watch party in Erie (pork roll egg and cheese kaisers, sandwich specials, tomato pie specials, and later on pizza specials AND maybe cheesesteak pizzas?!?!?) looking like Sunday 10/4, and actively looking into some hot food options for the Erie shop. More info on all that soon :)

Hello! We are back this week Cellar West Brewery Erie Th-Sun, Longmont Farmers Market Saturday, And Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday :)

New sandwich shop special this week! This one highlights our new Hot Honey Dijonnaise we made for Cellars Oktoberfest last weekend. We then pair this with our house focaccia, provolone, local leaves, your choice of protein (we really dig this with Turkey!), sliced tomato, AND our cucumber Muchim which is a pickling brine. This brine adds garlic, ginger, shallots, scallions, and spices. Good mix of sweet and heat with crunchy cucumber :)

Business as usual at the markets for the most part this week. We will have some Kaiser roll breakfast at Longmont (as well as focaccia) which we usually only do at Lafayette BUT I’m taking next week off while we have someone running the markets so we will be doing only Kaiser rolls next week for breakfast at both markets (Eric taking off?!? Crazy we know!!). That also means no pizza next week so come and get your pizza fix THIS weekend (we will have tomato pie at both next week).

Pictured is one of our most dear to hearts menu item. Our Tomato Pie. Roman light and airy with a slight chew crust, hand milled Alta Cucina plum tomatoes from Stanislaus Food Products that get seasoned and simmered down, extra virgin olive oil, splash of oregano, and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano. Served Philly style at a cooler to room temp that really brings out all the flavors of the sauce. Add some MIKE'S HOT HONEY for some added sweet and heat or at the markets also add our house basil oil! Simple and perfect for all weather and times of the day :)

Alright business as usual this week! Shop is open Thursday - Sunday for all your focaccia sandwich, tomato pie, Herr’s chips, and hobbit cookies needs. Hello! It’s that time of the season where the weather is finally cooling down a bit. Perfect time to come see us Cellar West Brewery Erie Thursday-Sunday, Longmont Farmers Market Saturday, and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday :)

The cooler and cloudier mornings this past weekend were a nice change for us at the markets. It’s been HOT!! Great time to come try out our breakfast sandwich on Sundays! House two egg steamed fluffy patty, melty cooper sharp, pork roll, your choice of condiment (hot sauce, ketchup with crushed black pepper, or house jawn sauce), all on east coast Kaiser rolls. Something about this is so nostalgic to me. Probably ate this everyday I could growing up/in college. You might start to see some Kaiser rolls at Longmont as well :)

We will have a special limited run of our deli sandwiches in both focaccia AND Amoroso hoagie rolls! Get any of our deli sandwiches on either bread at both markets and the sandwich shop this weekend. As I’m coming back from Philly feeling inspired and food refreshed I really want to start bringing hoagies back into rotation. Might be made by us (when I get the chance) or shipped in from the east coast but either way looking forward to youse trying them out :)

Back with a small update this week is one of our favorite specialities at the sandwich shop! House pepperoncini mayo (with a little basil), choice of protein, provolone, house light and fluffy focaccia, tomato, even more pepperoncinis, local leaves, and our house sandwich oil. Pair this with a hobbit cookie or Herr’s Snacks sour cream and onion :)

Last week for our peach pizza up at Longmont! Cacio E Pepe with a garlic oil base, Morton's Orchards peaches basted in our basil oil, even more basil oil, parm, and hot honey. Don’t miss out!

Hello! We are back this week Cellar West Brewery Erie Thursday - Sunday, Longmont Farmers Market Saturday, and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market Sunday!

As many of youse know we have had to make some changes for our Sunday market. One of those changes is our breakfast sandwiches. We now get Kaiser rolls shipped in from the east coast from Amoroso's Baking Company which to us is the essential breakfast Kaiser roll. We pair that with our house light and fluffy two egg steamed patties, the best melty white American cheese from Cooper® Sharp American Cheese , and youse get a choice of condiment! Ketchup (plain or with some crushed black pepper), sriracha from RISING TIGER| ເພີ່ມຂຶ້ນ ເສືອ , or for an extra charge our Jawn Sauce (hoagie relish “bacon” mayo jawn). Pictured is our standard egg and cheese and we also get John Taylor’s The Original Taylor Pork Roll in from Trenton for that perfect PA/NJ breakfast combo :) Come try it out this Sunday!

Specialities this week! At the Shop we are coming in hot this week! Youse have been crushing our latest specialty so we are bringing plenty extra! Pesto aioli, balsamic, fresh mozz, extra tomato, choice of protein, and local leaves. At Longmont we got our peach pizza and most likely it’s last week! House Cacio e Pepe with garlic oil base, Morton's Orchards peaches in our basil oil, even more basil oil, lots of parm, and MIKE'S HOT HONEY ! Killer slice for these hot days :)

As a reminder! We are all good to do pizza/our OG focaccia breakfast jawns at Longmont so that menu has NOT changed. We are working on a way to bring pizza back to Lafayette but it’s been very tricky. We 💚 youse and all the support you’ve given us and we can’t wait to see you this week :)

Hello! We are excited to see youse this week Cellar West Brewery Erie at The Weedhart Sandwich Shop, Longmont Farmers Market , and Lafayette Colorado Farmers Market :)

Youse really dug last weeks specialty at the shop so we are going to run it again! House pesto aioli, fresh mozz, choice of protein, extra tomato, splash of balsamic, and local greens. Really nice and refreshing sandwich for the hot days of summer :)

Saturday! Make sure to come try our peach market pie before it’s gone! Might be the last week! Marinated peaches in basil oil, house Cacio e Pepe garlic oil white pie, even more basil oil, hot honey, and lots of parm!

Sunday we plan on bringing more breakfast sandwiches. Youse sold us out fast on the new Kaiser rolls last week which is never the goal. Now that we’ve got some idea on the new set up we can start making more!
