Turn it up. 🎸🔥

Our bar lead, Manny Sanchez, is taking his act on the road this Sunday. He’s one of nine bar bosses battling it out at Longmont Restaurant Week’s Bar Boss Competition at Parkway Food Hall, and he’s bringing a setlist inspired by Queens of the Stone Age.
Think desert rock in a glass: heavy, a little dangerous, and smoother than it has any right to be. Here’s the lineup:

Manny is the only bar boss representing an Erie restaurant, so it would mean the world to us if our community came out to support him this weekend. 💛

No tickets, no cover. General admission is free. Come for the cocktails, stay for the encore, and make some noise for Manny. 🤘🥕

The cauldron is bubbling. 🧙‍♀️🕯️

On Thursday, October 22, our Salem Speakeasy brings a taste of New England autumn to Erie for one night only. Swipe through to preview the four-course menu: New England clam chowder, Island Creek oysters with apple c***r mignonette, New Bedford scallops with sage c***r gastrique, and apple c***r donuts and whoopie pies to close out the night.

Behind every great night is a little window.

At our Harvest Speakeasy, the chef’s window was where it all happened. Flames rose off the pans, hands reached across the pass, and every plate paused in the warm light for one last look before heading your way. Golden beets fanned like petals. Pork belly over sweet corn succotash. Crispy-skinned fish with toasted almonds. Rack of lamb under bright salsa verde. Cake drenched in warm caramel to close out the night.

It’s still Longmont Restaurant Week at 24 Carrot Bistro! 🥕

Along with our three course prix fixe menu for $45, we’re pouring a lineup of specialty cocktails featuring Dry Land Distillers spirits, bringing a taste of Longmont right here to Erie. Each one was created by our very own Manny Sanchez.

🥃 Cross Town Old Fashioned
Dryland Colorado Antero Wheat Wh***ey, our housemade peach black tea syrup, and Grove Street aromatic bitters. Smooth, a little fruity, and perfect for fall.

🌵 El Nopal
Dryland Prickly Pear Cactus and Cane Sugar Spirit with guava, ginger, and Grove Street orange liqueur. Bright, tropical, and a little bit of spice.
Join us tonight for live music from Taylor Shuck starting at 6pm. Grab a seat, order a drink, and stay a while. 🎶

From October 2–11, join us for a special three-course menu available exclusively for Restaurant Week, all for $45.

Start with a garden salad with buttermilk dill dressing, enjoy duck confit with hominy salsa macha and salsa verde, and finish with mini carrot cake topped with cardamom cream cheese icing.
