Darren's Pizza Shack

Hello everyone! I wanted to try something new this year, and I thought a pumpkin carving contest would be a fun way to bring families and friends together for something a little different.

There will be cash prizes, customer voting, and everyone is welcome to participate!

Please make sure to read through the “How It Works” section and contest rules so you know all of the important dates and details before entering.

I’m looking forward to seeing what everyone comes up with! 🎃

We were saddened to hear of the passing of Keith W. Fincham, or as we always called him, Mr. Fincham.

Mr. Fincham ordered from Darren’s Pizza Shack often and lived just down the road from the store. We would always joke that instead of driving, we could probably just walk his food over to him.

Long before I became the owner, I remember making deliveries to his home quite a few times. I would pull up and wait to see his silhouette coming toward the door. I’d always ask how his day was, and he usually kept the conversation short and simple. He’d take his food, hand me a few dollars for making the delivery, and send me on my way. He was always kind to me, and he was always kind to our other drivers as well.

His passing is also a reminder of something I try to make clear to our staff. Our customers are more than just a number on a screen. We try to remember your names, your orders, and the little things about you. You mean more to us than you probably realize.

We are thankful for the many times Mr. Fincham chose Darren’s Pizza Shack and for the kindness he always showed our staff.

I pray that Mr. Fincham’s family finds comfort and peace during this difficult time. From all of us at Darren’s Pizza Shack, we are very sorry for your loss.

Our community is strongest when we come together.

This Tuesday, Darren’s Pizza Shack will be donating 100% of the day’s sales to help Tina and Roger with funeral expenses following the heartbreaking loss of their son, RJ.

If you’re planning to order pizza this week, we would be honored if you chose to support this cause on Tuesday. If you’d like to give more, we’ll also have a donation jar at the restaurant, and every dollar collected will go directly to the family.

No family should have to worry about funeral expenses while mourning the loss of a child. Let’s show Tina and Roger how much this community cares.

Thank you for your support, your kindness, and your prayers.
