It was only a Matter of Thyme until we found our new home!

We’re beyond excited to announce that Mountain Mama Cheesesteak Co. is officially set up at 59 S. Hazelwood Rd., Beverly, WV right next to Matter of Thyme, Denim & Daisies, and R&B’s Thrifty Gold Mine!

Thank you all for your patience and support while we made this transition!

We’ll be back next week with our normal business hours (Wed-Sat 11-6). We can’t wait to welcome everyone to our new location and see all of your smiling faces. See you next week!🧀🥩

We’re happy to share that Taylor’s surgery went well, she’s in a lot of pain, but is in good spirits and is on the road to recovery!

❤️ To our amazing Mountain Mama Cheesesteak Co. family ❤️

We are honestly still blown away by the way you’ve shown up for us since day one. The excitement, the encouragement, the repeat visits, the word-of-mouth love—you’ve made this first week something we’ll never forget.

As many of you know, Taylor will be undergoing surgery tomorrow. We had planned to remain open by hiring someone to help during her recovery, but due to unexpected changes with our current location, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause operations while we secure our next spot and also give Taylor time to heal.

During this brief pause, we’re going to take the opportunity to make a couple of small upgrades to the trailer to help us run more smoothly and serve you even better when we return. We also have something fun in the works that we can’t wait to reveal!

This wasn’t the update we expected to be sharing so early in our journey, but we truly feel it’s the right move for the long-term future of Mountain Mama Cheesesteak Co.

We’re aiming to be back as quickly as possible, hopefully as soon as next week! We’ll share updates the moment we lock in a new location.

Please keep Taylor in your thoughts as she goes into surgery tomorrow. Your kindness, patience, and support through all of this means the world to us. The way this community has embraced us has been nothing short of incredible, and it’s what keeps us so excited for what’s ahead.

📣 Hours Update from Mountain Mama Cheesesteak Co. ❤️

First and foremost, thank you.

The support you’ve shown us during our first two days has absolutely blown us away. As first-time food trailer owners, we truly had no way of knowing exactly how things would play out until we opened our window and started serving all of you.

After an incredible opening, we’ve realized after having a chance to catch our breath, we need to make a small adjustment to our schedule because of storage constraints and so we can continue providing the quality you’ve come to expect.

We will be closing on Tuesdays. But don't worry, we’re making up for it by extending our hours on Saturday so you can get your weekend cheesesteak fix!

Beginning this week, our new hours will be:

🕚 Wednesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or until sold out)

Our food deliveries arrive on Tuesday mornings, and with the amount of fresh prep that follows, including 8–10 hours of baking for our homemade baked goods, we simply can’t receive our order, prep everything from scratch, and provide the level of service and quality you deserve on the same day.

Making Tuesday our dedicated delivery and prep day will allow us to stay fully stocked, keep everything fresh, and be ready to serve you the best cheesesteaks possible Wednesday through Saturday.

Well… y’all sure showed up today! We are sold out of cheesesteaks!

Thank you to everyone who came out, grabbed a cheesesteak, shared a kind word, or simply stopped by to say hello. We really appreciate it!
