Cupping is simply evaluating coffee taste. When I roast I like to slightly change the roast profiles not so that it can taste (cause it already does) but it helps me to learn more about the coffee beans!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Of course consistency is key when it comes to coffee but I believe that having fun with different profiles can help develop slightly different impressions of taste and that’s why cupping can be so important.

Thank you so much for all your support seriously.. roasting this coffee has been a learning experience and not only hearing about you switching from grocery store coffee to ‘specialty’ coffee but how you’re enjoying your coffee in the morning means the WORLD to me! ❤️
