We're One WEEK INTO OCTOBER?! 🤯 How?

Either way, y’all gotta try this Month's Pizza.
It is bringing all the fall flavors together. We're talking house-roasted butternut squash, locally made Polidori Italian sausage, pickled red onions, and our signature cheese blend.
Then we finish it with whipped ricotta and goat cheese, crisp apples, Maldon sea salt, freshly grated 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano, chives, and a drizzle of Mike's Hot Honey!

Sweet, savory, creamy, crispy, and just a little spicy. Every bite has something going on!

Alright, we need to address the robot in the room...

We’ve seen the “AI slop” comments lately, and we get it. AI and creative work is complicated, so we want to be transparent about how we use it at Blue Pan.
Have we experimented with generative AI? Yep. We’ve played around with the tools and even shared some of those experiments in the past. We heard your feedback.

But the artwork people have been questioning lately — including our Pizza of the Month graphics — isn’t AI-generated. We have real humans creating this stuff using Adobe Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Of course, it’s 2026. AI is now built into Adobe, Canva, Meta and just about every creative platform we use. The line between using AI-powered tools and generating entire pieces of creative is getting blurrier.

So here’s where we draw ours:
We’ll use technology to help our creative team, but we’ve made the decision not to use generative AI imagery as a replacement for original Blue Pan creative.

No fake pizzas. No fake restaurant flyers. No ai slop.

Keep telling us what you love, what you hate, and apparently whether you think our graphic designer is secretly a robot. He’s not. 🤣🤣

🍎 OCTOBER PIZZA OF THE MONTH: ORCHARD RESERVE 🍂🍕

Fall has officially arrived and we’re leaning ALL the way into it.

Introducing Orchard Reserve — our October Pizza of the Month, built around some of our favorite savory, sweet, spicy, and seasonal flavors.

It starts with our Detroit-style cheese blend, chili flakes, house-roasted butternut squash dollops, Polidori Italian sausage, and tangy pickled red onions.

Then, after the bake, we finish it with whipped ricotta + goat cheese dollops, fresh Honeycrisp apples, Maldon sea salt, chives, and freshly grated 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano. The final touch? A drizzle of Mike’s Hot Honey. 🍯🔥

Sweet apples. Savory sausage. Creamy goat cheese and ricotta. Roasted squash. A little heat. And that crispy Detroit-style Blue Pan crust holding the whole thing together.

Basically, October in Colorado decided to become a pizza. 🍎🍂

Orchard Reserve is available starting TODAY, October 1, through October 31 at all three Blue Pan Pizza locations.
