We can’t promise you a Divided Sky this weekend. But we can promise you a Divided Pie. ⭕️🍕

With everyone headed back to Dick’s, we figured we should get in on the fun.

So we made The Divided Pie. Half red with cup-and-char pepperoni, fennel sausage + pickled cherry peppers. Half white with roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions + whipped ricotta. Pecorino, oregano and Calabrian chile oil across the whole thing.

Our friends at Knotted Root Brewing Company got the assignment too. Six b**rs from the stash (first come first serve) including Suspended in the Trees Hazy IIPA, Purple Paste Imperial Smoothie Sour, Apparently We Like Beaches Hazy TIPA - Collab With Chilton Mill Brewing & a couple more surprises!

And for our Carmella’s pizza people who have no idea what any of that means: that’s perfectly fine. You don’t need to know the secret language. You just need to like really good pizza and really good b**r. Come try this one.

Don’t forget, kids eat free Monday through Thursday, all August long at Carmella’s.

We loved having Central Park Scoop Amanda Campbell in to spend a little time with us and share what Carmella’s has become two years in.

If you haven’t been in lately, there’s a lot to discover. Breakfast in the morning, lunch and dinner, pizza, w**e, groceries, prepared meals, coffee and the ice cream window, all under one roof.
