The people have spoken, starting next week (AKA June) we’re serving brunch five days a week, extending Happy Hour and staying open all day. Now the same delicious brunch menu you’ve come to love on the weekends is available during the week. More quiche, more brunch hangs and more mimosas Wednesday through Sunday. No more closures between lunch and dinner meaning more time to stop by for your brunch favorites.

Don’t worry - Martinis are still $5 during brunch every Friday
AND ALL JUNE MIMOSAS ARE $5 DURING WEEKDAY BRUNCH TOO

FREE Q***R CULT MOVIE NIGHTS ARE BACK! This Friday join us on the back patio for the first summer movie night under the stars. Bring a blanket, bring your friends and settle in for a classic. What movie is it? Can you guess?

This Friday’s movie is sponsored by the and Both organizations build community and support our neighbors here on E Colfax. They’re providing free popcorn for the first 50 attendees so get here early. The Country Cub bar is also open for drinks, candy, chicken tenders and more. 

Movie Nights are on the third Friday of every month all summer long in partnership with and hosted by the Mistress of the Dark herself, . We’ll hint at the movie before hand but you’ll have to call or come to the movie to find out what we’re showing.

Summer Saturday mornings just got a whole lot more centered and sunny . 🧘🥂

Join us this Saturday for our first Summer Saturday Yoga class on the Champagne Tiger patio with the incredible Reece Daniels, , (AKA: ).
Every Saturday through September, Reece and Gabe Paytner , , take turns leading yoga from 10–11 AM — right here on the patio.

$25 per person includes a flow yoga class, coffee + a free mimosa (N/A available). Classes are capped at 30, so grab your spot before it’s gone.

Bring your mat, your towel, and maybe some sunscreen. We’ll handle the rest. 🐯☀️

This summer we’re calling the patio bar, cabanas and courtyard “The Country Cub”. A free country club where everyone is welcome, the food and drinks are reasonable, there’s always space for you, your friends and it’s your E Colfax home base all summer long. The inside dining room is not changing but the patio is getting a major upgrade.

The Country Cub patio bar is offering drink specials, like a $10 Frozen Espresso Martini and the “High Roller” (Miller High Life & a hot dog for $10), all summer long. Regular Happy Hour with $5 beers, $8 wine and cocktails specials everyday from 4:30 - 6 PM. ( 📸: )

A little spicy, a little rich, all delicious and vegetarian too. This Kimchi Grilled Cheese is stacked with locally made and thick slices of gruyére cheese on toasted sourdough. If you haven’t had a chance to try Vrigil’s kimchi it’s super tasty!

Brunch now has a lot more berries! Welcome to the menu our homemade granola with black berries, raspberries, greek yogurt, raisins and mint AND a new waffle checkered with berries, sweet ricotta and lemon curd. 

We’ve heard your requests for something a little lighter and this homemade granola is too good to keep to ourselves! 

Available for Saturday Brunch (11-3:30) and Sunday Drag Brunch (10:30, 12:45 & 3:00). See you this weekend!
