Please join us! Katherine's is a European-style bakery and cafe. We specialize in French pastries, quiche, cakes and cookies. Our cafe menu is extensive and is served all day. Breakfast items include freshly-baked croissants in many varieties, including our spectacular almond croissant! Our crepe menu has both savory and sweet choices and, of course, these are made from scratch and fresh to order.

Our lunch menu includes classic and premium gourmet sandwiches, fresh seasonal and local ingredient salads, two made-from-scratch soups every day, and more! Contact Katherine's French Bakery, Cafe & Catering for complete catering services and European-inspired desserts. Experience the difference that Chef Mario and Chef Katherine will bring to your table with their made-from-scratch and fresh-baked goods. Whether savory or sweet, we are "at the ready" to customize a menu for you! Katherine's also offers customized wedding cakes and cupcakes. On the catering side, you may order for delivery or takeout from our menu of gourmet breakfasts (quiche, breakfast rolls, fruit platters) and lunches (boxed lunches and luncheon salads). We serve the Denver-metropolitan area, including Denver, Aurora, Cherry Creek, Downtown and the Tech Center. Katherine's may be rented for special evening events (retirements, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, meetings, etc.). For only $100.00, you may rent our cafe for four evening hours and have a private chef and wait staff at your service. Garden walkabout. Vegetables getting planted this weekend (finally!). The grape vines are coming along slowly, but suffered with the dry winter (my bad for not watering). I am focused on the soil this year and all of our plants (including the grapes) will benefit from that. The soil...it's mostly about the soil! Biologically correct fertilizer designed to stimulate life. Worm castings to improve soil structure and enhance water retention. Fish fertilizer for my roses to encourage strong root development and improve soil microbial activity. This morning I noticed quite a few aphids on the rose bushes. Got ladybugs? Only the dozen I saw in the garden. Got Neem oil? No. Got enough time to make a garlic infusion? No. Went with a different homemade remedy: one cup of dish soap, one cup of vegetable oil, diluted with water...spray! We'll see how that works. Watching the potager for cherry, peach, pear and plum production, but the Spring freezes may have gotten our apricot buds. As always, we will harvest and bring what we can to the bakery-cafe.
