We know... we've been a little quiet on here—but don't worry, we're still cooking, still experimenting, and still doing our thing!
The past couple months flew by, but here's a sneak peek at what's been happening:
• Spring veggie dumplings with golden beets & preserved lemon aioli
• Taiwanese sausage and rice cakes with g*i lan
• Silken tofu, scallion ginger, chili vinaigrette & crispy garlic
• Prime NY strip getting prepped & marinated
• Shacha beef: Ny Strip, watercress, water spinach & our P&T shacha steak sauce
