So, I have had a lot of people reaching out about when we are going to be out doing business with our truck now that we are heading into the warmer months. I have been putting off this announcement cause we’ve been going back and forth about what to do moving forward. We recently found out Justin’s mom was diagnosed with dementia, and after a lot of hard conversations we have decided to take a break from day to day operations for the indefinite future. Family is number one and we need make that our priority. We are currently planning to move so we can be closer to his mom and support her wherever possible. I am hopeful that Eat This as we know it might operate in the future, but for now, I plan to post updates of our new adventures and possibly Eat This will evolve into something slightly different over time. This was not an easy decision, but we need to always put family first. It has been quite an adventure and truly appreciate all our customers, family, and friends who have shown us so much support over these last few years, Till next time! Thank You to everyone who has tried our food and supported our business ❤️❤️-Lacey
