What to order at Knife if you’re not getting steak.

Start with the Bacon Tasting, oysters on the half shell, or a classic Caesar. Add the Wedge if you’re going full steakhouse, the Red Fish if you want something bright, the Lobster Agnolotti if pasta is calling, or the Reuben if lunch is the move.

And of course, cocktails.

Because while we’ll always be known for steak, it’s far from the only reason to make a reservation.

We’re inviting you behind the bar at Knife for an intimate, hands-on cocktail workshop with our special guest, William H. Macy — actor, partner, and spokesman for Woody Creek Distillers (Woody Creek Distillers).

Alongside our bar team, you’ll shake, stir, and pour your way through three classics — an Old Fashioned, a Manhattan, and a Vieux Carré — each made with premium Woody Creek spirits and served with light bites from our kitchen. Equal parts lesson, tasting, and good company.
