Crunchy, creamy little sticks with dipping sauce. The kind of snack that begins as “I’ll just try one” and ends with an empty container, suspiciously sticky fingers, and your friends judging you.... loudly.

We’ll have a limited amount of these ready to pick up daily: half vanilla, half chocolate, packed and ready for the freezer.

They’re $35 each, and once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Send us a message or comment below if you want us to set one aside for you.

We’re also offering gallons in any flavor, but those will need to be reserved at least one day ahead so we can make them fresh for you.

We made Chococonut Bars: dairy free chocolate ice cream with coconut flakes, dipped in chocolate, and covered in almonds.

They’re rich, crunchy, chocolatey, coconutty little frozen bricks of happiness.

You keep buying them, so I’ll keep making them.

Another batch of Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream Bars is packaged and ready to go.

This will probably be the last batch for a while unless they sell out again, so if you’ve been meaning to try one, today is the day.

I also made my version of a Chocolate Eclair Bar:
chocolate ice cream on the inside, vanilla on the outside, dipped in chocolate, and coated with crushed waffle bowl.

The Dubai Chocolate Bars are packaged and almost ready.

We were only able to make 8 of them today, and they’ll be ready at 4:30.

If these sell out, we’ll make another batch tomorrow.

Testing something this weekend…

We made a Dubai chocolate bar IC Pasta style: pistachio filling, white chocolate, crispy bits, with our vanilla base, dipped in chocolate, then covered in crushed pistachios, and dusted with gold dust. It looks like it should be behind glass at the Lourve.

Here’s the question:

Would you buy this if we made a small batch this weekend?
