Tomorrow is your last chance to take Chocolate 101 until after Christmas! 🍫

Chocolate doesn’t start as a candy bar. It starts as a fruit, and tomorrow we’re going to follow the transformation from cacao pod to finished chocolate.

During the class you’ll get to:

🍫 See and taste where chocolate actually begins
🔥 Smell cacao roasting right in the room
🔨 Crack a roasted cacao bean and taste the nib
⚙️ Watch cacao nibs grind into chocolate liquor
☕ Try an Aztec-inspired cacao drink
👅 Compare and taste different chocolates
🍨 See cacao turned into fresh IC Pasta ice cream
✨ Learn what tempering actually does
🍫 Build your own chocolate bark to take home, choosing your toppings and pouring the tempered chocolate yourself

This is part class, part tasting, part hands-on chocolate experiment.

🍌 NEXT FALL FLAVOR: BANANA PUDDING! 🍌

We’ve already brought out Pumpkin Spice. Then you all bullied me into making Buttered Pecan. Might as well go ahead and drop another fall flavor!

Next up: Banana Pudding Ice Cream.

Creamy banana pudding-inspired ice cream with that unmistakable wafer flavor mixed throughout. No fancy reinvention needed. Banana. Pudding. Ice. Cream. Sometimes the classics are classics because they do not need improvement. 🍌🍨

Available now at IC Pasta while it lasts!

304 Main St, Conway
Open daily 1–8 PM

Buttered Pecan is back! 🍂

The shop has a bit of a love-hate relationship with this flavor.
You guys LOVE it.
I hate making it. 😂

Ever since Pumpkin Spice came back, I swear the most common question has been: “When are you bringing Buttered Pecan back?”

So… here you go.
Rich, buttery, nutty, loaded with toasted pecans, and a dash of hate!

Buttered Pecan is back at IC Pasta. Come get it while I’m still willing to make it. 😅

🎃 OH MY GOURD… PUMPKIN IS BACK!

The calendar says it's September. The weather may still be arguing otherwise. But, you don’t care. So, Pumpkin season has officially begun at IC Pasta.

Our Pumpkin Ice Cream is made with real pumpkin and warm fall spices, blended into that dense, creamy IC Pasta base.

It’s cozy. It’s spiced. It tastes like fall despite it being 90° outside. 🍂

Pumpkin is available now. Come get your first taste of fall before the gourds take over everything.

Note: We only put it in a pumpkin for the picture!

* Strawberry Pretzel Pie was Dolly Partons favorite ice cream according to the internet.

It’s ice cream with auburn strawberry swirls and ivory cream. Sweet, tangy, crunchy—and pretty enough to make you ask, “Why’d You Come in Here Lookin’ Like That?”

After working 9 to 5, stop in for a bowl of ambition. Your old favorite flavor may not be able to hold a candle to this one—and we hope you leave thinking, “I Will Always Love You.”

Available this weekend while it lasts.

One important rule: absolutely no one named Jolene will be allowed to buy it.

This one’s for Dolly. ❤️

🍦 Want to know a little inside ice cream baseball?

A lot of ice cream shops start with a premade commercial ice cream mix. It arrives refrigerated, often in bags, already sweetened and formulated. The shop adds flavors, freezes it, and turns it into the ice cream you eat.

A typical commercial mix might include ingredients like:

Milkfat, nonfat milk, sugar, corn syrup, buttermilk, mono & diglycerides, cellulose gum and carrageenan.

None of that means it can't make good ice cream. We just believe in letting the freshness and flavor of the dairy shine through.

Our ice cream base has four ingredients:

🥛 Milk
🍚 Sugar
🧂 Salt
🌼 Vanilla

That's it.

No premade ice cream mix. No stabilizer blend. No advanced chemistry.

Turns out our “Top Secret Recipe” isn't very complicated. Which is good, because I'm not the sharpest french fry in the shed! 😏🍦
