A Friendly Reminder About Our Parking Lot 🫶🏼

As downtown Conway’s busy season begins, it’s time we took a second to explain (again) why we don’t allow parking on the Stella’s lot - since we recently received a ONE-STAR REVIEW because there was “no parking,” from someone who never even came inside… 🤦‍♀️

We know parking can be frustrating during our busy season, but there are actually many reasons we keep our lot closed off for parking:

1️⃣ Employee parking: Our young employees need somewhere to park, especially during our busiest months. We reserve those spaces behind the building so our staff isn’t forced to park blocks away while working their shifts.

2️⃣ Deliveries: We have milk, ingredients, supplies, and product being delivered regularly. Those delivery areas need to remain accessible so we can, you know… actually make the ice cream

3️⃣ Safety: We intentionally keep the lot clear of random vehicles so our employees, customers, and especially our kids can safely move around the property.

4️⃣ The kids’ play area: We have games and activities available on the lot for children to enjoy. A parking lot full of random cars makes that difficult — and unsafe.

We completely understand that parking can be inconvenient when we’re busy.

What we don’t understand is expecting a privately operated business to give up its employee parking, delivery space, and designated activity area so people can leave their cars there while they go somewhere else downtown.

Unfortunately, parking is a city issue,
and not one Stella’s can tackle.

Even more unfortunate, we will be forced to tow if you choose to park on our lot.

We appreciate everyone who respects the signs and helps us keep the property safe and functional❤️
