From the ground up, I poured everything I had into building this restaurant — and I’ll always be proud of what we created together.
In just one year, we were honored with nine awards and became known for some of the best seafood specials in the area. Every long night, challenge, and success was fueled by passion, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality. A big thank you to my wife Ana Falcone and Jillian Thompson Brown for ensuring a smooth operation and being the backbone of our business. Thanks to all my staff who worked long, hard nights for the success of our business.
After much consideration, I’ve decided it was the right time to step away, sell my share of the business, and pursue new opportunities in my culinary career. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, the support from our guests and community, and everything we accomplished along the way.
This is not the end — it’s the beginning of bigger opportunities, new ideas, and continued growth.
