Shiitake en salsa macha is one of my personal favorites. If you have any allergies this taco is not for you.

Sautéed shiitake mushrooms from Austen karl Brinker and crispy tots tossed in our spicy and umami forward salsa macha. Topped with fresh arugula, pickled onions and queso fresco. It’s a balance of flavors that hit every part of your mouth. Truly a masterpiece. Our margins on this taco are awful so the availability on these is limited.
