This is your reminder that we will be taking a break for a couple weeks to rest, reset, and recharge before we head into some busy months ahead of the launch of the new restaurant and our expanded schedule. We have scheduled some pretty amazing food trucks to sub for us so please show Lost Friend Brewing Company some love along with

I left off an important announcement from my last post.

Tomorrow Thursday May 28th, we will be doing a limited “The Med” menu along with a reduced BBQ menu. So please come out and enjoy something different from us! Or get our regular items, just come out and see us before we take a two week hiatus.

****Announcement Time****

1. We are taking a much needed break starting 6/2 and coming back on 6/12. Taking time to recharge before the summer rush and the opening of the new restaurant.

2. When we get back starting 6/15 we will be open on Mondays at Lost Friend Brewing Company.
We will not have BBQ though. We will have our Mediterranean menu “The Med”. This will allow us to have at least one day to rest and not have to do a long smoke on Sunday. We hope you come out for this day, it’s been a fan favorite and we are excited to bring it back.

3. Every Wednesday when we get back we will be setup at Hillside Gardens and Events for their concert series, we will be setup in a tent and serving “The Med” menu while the trailer will still be setup at Lost Friend with the full BBQ menu. It’s such a great time in the best venue in the Springs. Donavan and Ashlee have put so much time and effort into making the space a true wonderland and if you haven’t been since they have owned it you owe yourself a trip.

We are very excited about the future of BC’s and cannot thank everyone enough for your support over the last 2 1/2 years. We have great things planned and can’t wait to be in a full restaurant so we can truly give you a dining experience you deserve.

Good Morning! We are going to have a late start today. I’m under the weather and struggling to have the energy to even get up. When we do open we will have a somewhat limited menu. No spare ribs today.

I will keep you updated.

Although we didn’t campaign very hard for the Best of the Springs Awards, it was such a nice surprise to be listed as the Gazette’s recommended BBQ joint along side the deserving winners! Our first bit of press! We are looking forward to the next chapters of BC’s with the opening of our permanent restaurant inside later this summer! With a bigger space comes a bigger staff, so keep us in mind if you will be looking for a job in a scratch kitchen in a couple months.
