To my loyal customers,
After much thought and prayer, I have made the decision to sell my beloved Bakeshop and pass it into new hands. After years of pouring my heart into this business, I feel incredibly blessed that the time has come to embrace a season with more flexibility while setting the Bakeshop up to continue thriving.
From the beginning, this Bakeshop has been about so much more than coffee and baked goods. It’s been about the individuals who have walked through these doors, whether on two legs or four. My purpose has always been to serve our community, creating meaningful connections, and loving people well. What I never expected was just how deeply this little Bakeshop would become woven into so many lives, including my own.
You welcomed me into your happiest moments and your hardest ones. We’ve celebrated new babies, planned surprise proposals, shared laughter, danced in the middle of the shop, prayed over one another, and grieved life’s losses together. Along the way, you’ve honored the Bakeshop with awards and recognition that I will always treasure, but nothing has meant more to me than the relationships we have built. I will miss your smiling faces, my VIP four-legged friends, and the privilege of being a small part of your lives.
It has been one of the greatest joys of my life to serve the community where I grew up and raised my family. I look forward to continuing to serve our community in new ways while enjoying a little more flexibility in this next stage of life.
Thank you for supporting my dream and making this Bakeshop feel like home.
As of July 1, the Bakeshop will be in the very capable hands of its new owners. They will honor the European charm and continue serving the Woops! Macarons you’ve grown to love, while adding their own special touch, and I know they will care for this special place, and all of you, with the same heart and dedication.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this journey more meaningful than I ever could have imagined. Now I’ll finally have the time to sit down, enjoy my coffee while it’s still hot, and continue the friendships that have been built along the way.
